Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you are experiencing difficulty accessing your MarketQuants account, review the steps below.
1. Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password:
- Select Forgot Password? on the Sign In page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox (check Spam if necessary).
2. Mobile App (PWA) Issues
MarketQuants operates as a Progressive Web App (PWA). In some cases, cached data on your device may cause login or loading issues.
Common Symptoms
- Login button is unresponsive
- Blank screen after launch
- Application closes unexpectedly
Resolution Steps
- Fully close the application.
- Clear browser or app cache:
- iOS: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
- Android: Long press app icon → App Info → Storage → Clear Cache
- Remove and reinstall the app icon from
app.marketquants.comusing your browser.
3. Account Not Recognized
If you registered using a social login provider (e.g., Google or Apple), ensure you sign in using the same authentication method.
If you selected “Hide My Email” when using Apple Sign In, confirm you are accessing the correct relay email address.
