MarketQuants does not collect or store brokerage login credentials.

  • Text-to-speech usage activity

When you authorize a brokerage connection, MarketQuants may securely access:

  • Positions and transaction history

This information is obtained directly from the brokerage provider via secure OAuth authorization.

MarketQuants does not make investment decisions or trade independently on behalf of users.

7. Third-Party Services​

7.1 Brokerage Integrations​

Users may optionally connect supported brokerage accounts through OAuth authorization.

By authorizing a connection, users grant MarketQuants permission to access account information and transmit trading instructions at the user’s direction.

Brokerage services are governed solely by the brokerage provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

7.2 OpenAI​

Portfolio text may be processed by OpenAI solely to generate optional AI features such as summaries or audio output.

MarketQuants is not responsible for third-party website privacy practices.

8. Children's Privacy​

MarketQuants is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

9. International Data Transfers​

Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your residence country where data protection laws may differ.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)​

California residents retain rights to access, delete, and understand collected personal data. MarketQuants does not sell personal information.
